Who Can Apply?

An applicant must be a single mother with documented need and be working, in school, or in some other way endeavoring to better circumstances for herself and her children.

Applications will be evaluated to determine immediate need and whether a grant will indeed impact circumstances and help the family improve their status.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must have a cancer diagnosis and require assistance with costs associated with treatment such as shelter, nutrition and transportation. Applicants must complete an application including Physician Certification of Eligibility. Applicants will be evaluated to determine immediate need and whether a grant will indeed impact circumstances.
