Grant Coordinator

South Central Child Care Circle (SCCCC)/Child Care Zone Grant Coordinator shall ensure that the grant’s objectives and action plan are advancing and/or met.  An action plan for the project period shall be jointly prepared by South Central Child Care Circle (SCCCC) leadership and Child Care Zone Grant Coordinator.

The duties include but are not limited to:

·         Participating in both in-person and virtual learning sessions

·         Attending technical assistance grantee calls and office hours

·         Monitoring compliance with grant terms and conditions

·         Preparing and submitting regular progress and financial reports to the grantor, while ensuring adherence to deadlines

·         Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all grant activities

·         Participating and completing evaluation activities

·         Collaborating closely with the South Central Child Care Circle (SCCCC) steering committee

·         Engaging local stakeholders across the five (5) county region to advance grant activities

·         Maintaining positive relationships with the grantor, technical assistance teams, and local partners

Education, Experience, Background

·         High School Graduate, additional accounting education desired

·         Computer experience including accounting software

·         Business and/or financial experience
